My name is Joseph Elfelt and my wife and I have decided to
sell some of the property that we own. No, I am not any kind of
real estate agent. I am just a guy that happens to own some land
here and there. My brother Steve is also selling some of his
property and I have included a link to his website. We
try to always price our land at the low end of the
market range for comparable land.
All property is in the State of Michigan. This land for sale is
in Antrim County, Charlevoix County, Cheboygan County, Chippewa County
